Welcome to Hooks Tech. By accessing our website (https://hookstech.in), purchasing our digital marketing packages, signing an invoice/quotation, or contracting our services, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following Terms of Service.

Please review these terms carefully. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you should not access our services or submit payments.

1. Scope of Services

Hooks Tech provides performance digital marketing and digital engineering solutions, including:

  • Search Engine Optimization (SEO): Technical site audits, keyword architecture, on-page optimization, local citation setup, and link building.
  • Web Design & Engineering: Custom UI/UX, responsive static websites, WordPress development, portal engineering, and page-speed optimization.
  • Paid Advertising (PPC / Meta Ads): Campaign setup, audience targeting, ad creative design, conversion tracking, and budget management.
  • Social Media Marketing (SMM) & Branding: Logo design, visual identity packages, and content calendar management.
  • Content Strategy & Copywriting: Search-intent blogs, website copywriting, and GEO/AEO-aligned educational content.

Detailed deliverables, project timelines, and milestones are governed by individual project proposals, quotations, or invoices issued by Hooks Tech.

2. Payment Terms & Milestone Structure

Hooks Tech operates under clear, transparent commercial billing models tailored to project scope:

Project-Based Work (Web Development / Branding)

Projects such as custom website builds, logo creation, and one-off design kits follow a milestone structure:

  • 50% Advance Deposit: Payable prior to project initiation, wireframing, and design research.
  • 50% Final Payment: Due immediately upon project completion, client sign-off, and prior to final source code deployment or live domain handover.
Monthly Retainers (SEO / PPC / Social Media)

Ongoing retainer services operate on a monthly subscription cycle:

  • Retainer fees are billed and payable in advance at the start of each 30-day service cycle.
  • Ad spends (paid directly to Google, Meta, or third-party networks) are separate from agency management fees and funded directly by the client.

3. Strict No-Refund Policy

Strict No-Refund Rule:

All payments made to Hooks Tech are strictly non-refundable once a transaction is executed and project onboarding or service allocation has commenced. Due to the custom intellectual nature of digital marketing, developer labor, server setups, and search engine resource commitments, refunds cannot be issued under any circumstances.

4. Retainer Cancellation Policy (Mandatory 1-Month Notice)

For all ongoing monthly recurring retainers (including SEO packages, PPC management, and monthly social media retainers), the client must provide written notice at least 30 days (1 full calendar month) prior to cancellation.

  • Cancellations must be communicated officially in writing via email to sales.hookstech@gmail.com or sales.hookstech@gmail.com.
  • If written notice is received with fewer than 30 days remaining in an active billing cycle, the client remains responsible for the upcoming month's scheduled retainer fee, and services will continue through the end of that final billing period.

5. Intellectual Property & Asset Ownership

  • Client Ownership: Upon receipt of 100% full and final payment, all final website source files, custom graphics, brand assets, and approved deliverables created specifically for the project become the exclusive intellectual property of the client.
  • Hooks Tech Tools & Frameworks: Pre-existing proprietary code libraries, tools, auditing templates, scripts, and campaign blueprints developed by Hooks Tech remain the intellectual property of Hooks Tech.
  • Portfolio Rights: Hooks Tech reserves the right to showcase completed client work, case studies, and performance statistics on its website, marketing decks, and case studies unless a formal Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA) has been executed.

6. Client Responsibilities & Project Timelines

Successful digital execution requires active client cooperation. Clients agree to:

  • Provide necessary brand assets, logos, access credentials (hosting, CMS, Google Analytics, Search Console, Meta Business Suite), and copy inputs in a timely manner.
  • Provide design or developmental feedback within 5 business days of review requests. Delays caused by lack of client input will proportionately extend project delivery timelines.

7. Search Engine Algorithms & Performance Disclaimer

Honest Expectations (No Fake Guarantees):

Hooks Tech applies industry best practices, ethical white-hat SEO techniques, and data-backed performance marketing. However, search engines (such as Google, Bing, Perplexity, and OpenAI) operate on proprietary, constantly evolving algorithms beyond third-party control. Therefore, Hooks Tech makes no warranty or guarantee of specific #1 keyword positions, exact traffic quotas, or guaranteed revenue volumes. We measure progress objectively against agreed Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and continuous data analytics.

8. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall Hooks Tech, its founders, directors, employees, or partners be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages—including loss of profits, data, sales, goodwill, or third-party ad network suspensions—arising out of or in connection with our services. Hooks Tech's total cumulative liability under any claim shall not exceed the total fees paid by the client during the single month immediately preceding the event giving rise to liability.

9. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms of Service and any separate commercial contracts shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes, claims, or proceedings arising out of or related to these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts located in Madurai, Tamil Nadu, India.
